With extensive experience in driver training, road safety, and community service, he actively promotes industry development and Canada–China cooperation in transportation and vocational education.

He currently serves as Chairman of the Toronto Chinese Community Foundation and holds leadership roles in various Chinese community organizations, promoting newcomer integration, entrepreneurship, and cultural heritage. Victoria Zhang graduated from Sun Yat-sen University and immigrated to Canada in 2009. She holds both the Canadian Certified General Accountant (CGA-CPA) designation and a Real Estate Broker license.
As a senior real estate professional and team leader at Re/Max Realtron, Victoria has over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, with expertise in business management, investment analysis, and marketing. In 2025, her team ranked 21st in Canada and 40th globally among Re/Max residential teams.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Victoria is actively involved in community development and charitable initiatives. Simon Zhong is Co-Chair of the Confederation of Canadian Chinese Organizations (Ontario) and Executive Director of the Toronto Community & Culture Centre. With over 20 years in Canada, he has been deeply involved in community service, newcomer support, and the promotion of Chinese culture. Active in Canada–China exchange and public affairs, he has organized major cultural events and continues to strengthen connections between the Chinese community and mainstream society through cultural, social, and economic initiatives.

Peter Law is a renowned Chinese Canadian artist known for pioneering a distinctive modern ink style that blends traditional Chinese painting with Western artistic techniques. Inspired by the Rocky Mountains, his “Rocky Mountain Landscape” works have gained international recognition and are collected by major cultural institutions, including the National Gallery of Canada. He is also President of the Canadian Rocky Mountain Academy of Fine Arts and actively promotes cultural and artistic exchange between Canada and China.
